Snowy Wilderness is a holiday resort of 7,200 acres of high country wilderness. Only 29km south of Jindabyne, it offers many different types of secluded and luxurious accommodation
The High Country Lodges are designed as eco-friendly with strong passive heating and cooling features as well as being well insulated. They are naturally warm in winter and cool in summer. They are also designed with the outside wilderness in mind; double glazed floor to ceiling windows are a feature throughout the living areas and bedrooms, there is a wilderness view from every room.
Our High Country Lodges are either 2 bedroom or 1 bedroom (all king size), with luxury ensuite bathrooms, spacious lounge & dining with fire place, Italian kitchens, & fully equipped laundry.
Outside are wide verandahs with BBQ setting and pleasant wilderness views.
All the Lodges are designed to blend in with the natural environment and each lodge is individually sited to maximize privacy and views to the north and north east.
The Man from Snowy River never had it this good.
The Cottage is a beautiful 1 bedroom (queen size) stone cottage with en suite bathroom, cozy lounge/dining with wood fire, self contained kitchen, and outdoor setting with BBQ for that end of day drink and relax watching the sun go down. Your only neighbours are our brumbies and wild life.
